AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Hello, Bidders! Welcome to our gun-and-ammo-only auction. All the items in this auction are from the estate of one collector and therefore there is no sales tax. All state and federal laws apply. Please read our terms regarding guns and ammo. All guns and ammo are sold AS IS. We do not know if any of the ammo has been reloaded. Buyer assumes all risk of damage and injury in using any of the guns or ammo and agrees to hold the auction company, its owners and employees harmless from any and all damage or injury.
Also, much of the ammo came to us unidentified. We do not guarantee that our descriptions are 100% accurate, but we will allow the Buyer to reject any item if there is a significant error in our description. We encourage bidders to preview the guns and ammo on the scheduled preview day.
SCHEDULING
Preview Times: Preview is on Thursday, December 2nd from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Please call (763) 421-3044 to schedule a 15-minute preview time.
Preview Location: 7140 Old Viking Blvd NW, Nowthen, MN 55303
Closing Time: The auction starts to close on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.
Closing Rate: 10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Days and Times
Pickup is by online appointment only. We will be posting a link here to Sign Up Genius, which is the web site that we use to schedule pickups. The link will become active after all of the lots have closed. The pickup days are Wednesday, December 8th, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Thursday, December 9th, 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you have trouble scheduling your pickup.
