Hello, Bidders! Welcome to this NO SALES TAX estate auction. The items in this auction are at the AAA Auction Barn in Nowthen and came from a beautiful townhome that is very close to the Majestic Oaks Golf Course at 13736 Buchanan Street in Ham Lake, Minnesota. SCHEDULING
Preview Times: Previews are by appointment only. Preview day is February 28th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please call us at (763) 421-3044 to schedule a preview time.

Closing Time: The auction starts to close on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 7:30 p.m.
Closing Rate: 10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Days and Times
Pickup is by online appointment only. We will be posting a link here to Sign Up Genius, which is the web site that we use to schedule pickups. The link will become active after all the lots have closed. Here is the sign up link. Have you noticed how well old fishing lures are selling? We have, and so we will not charge the Seller anything for any old fishing lures or fishing equipment consigned between now and Memorial Day.
