NEW PROMOTION: Between now and New Years, AAA Auction will not charge the Seller a commission for selling hunting, folding or otherwise collectible knives, bayonets, swords, axes or hatchets.
AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA Auction. This one has items from estates in Ramsey, Coon Rapids and Golden Valley as well as more firearms, cameras, coins, collectibles, and household items.
Loading: AAA does not load purchases. Notwithstanding that, if any staff member from AAA helps you load an item, there shall be a minimum fee of $20 per item per staff member which must be paid in advance.
NEW LATE PICKUP TERMS: If you cannot pick up your item on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for your item, or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. If you do not pick up your items on one of those days and times, a $5.00 per day late fee will be charged.
Pickup Procedure: Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn, where your items will be brought out to you.
SCHEDULING
Preview: Preview is Monday, September 12, 2022 from 10 a.m. until noon. The vehicle we are selling may also be previewed on September 12th from 6 to 8 p.m. by appointment only. Please know what lots you would like to preview before you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.
Closing Time: The auction starts to close at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. The closing time is staggered. The lots close one at a time.
Closing Rate: 10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Days and Times: The pickup day is Wednesday, September 14, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup scheduling page.
