AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA Auction! This one has more firearms, ammo, knives, coins, Halloween postcards, Beer items, and box lots, as well as many more collectibles and household items.

Registered bidders: Many folks who joined our company when they had a land line phone have now dropped that number. If your phone number or address has changed, please log in, click the  ACCOUNT  link at the top of the page, and update your information. Make sure to save your updates by clicking the blue  Save  button at the bottom of the form. Thank you.

New Closing Rate
We are going to try speeding up the closing a little bit. We have been closing at the rate of six items per minute. This auction will close at the rate of seven items per minute, which is about one lot every 8.5 seconds. We will welcome your comments at pickup about this experiment. As always, if you are concerned that you might not have enough time to get in your bids, we recommend that you put in your maximum bid right away. Our software will bid for you only as needed to place you on top. 

Promotion
In addition to our already low rates, we are running a ZERO COMMISSION SPECIAL on knives, bayonets, hatchets, axes and swords consigned before January 1, 2023.

Conceal and Carry Class
Have you been meaning to take a Conceal and Carry class but just haven't gotten around to it? Well, now's your chance. Our very own AAA staff member, Ryan Cooper, is a certified trainer and will be offering such a class. Details coming soon.

SCHEDULING

Preview
Preview is Monday, October 31, 2022, from 10 a.m. until noon. Please know what lots you would like to preview before you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.

Closing Time
The auction starts to close at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. The closing time is staggered. The items close one at a time.

Closing Rate
Seven lots per minute, which is about 8.5 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Days and Times
The pickup day is Wednesday, November 2, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup scheduling page. We'll post that link here too. Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you have trouble scheduling a pickup time. Coins
Cash payment is required for coins and currency. No shipping for coins.

Firearms
Bring a case. Guns must be cased when leaving the Auction Barn, so please bring any case you need. All state and federal rules apply, including needing a purchase or carry permit to purchase a handgun or AR. 

Loading
AAA does not load purchases. Please bring your own muscle. If, however, we do help you load, we will ask you to make a donation into our charitable tip jar, which will be used for local charitable purposes.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn, where your items will be brought out to you.

Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10.00 per day until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.

Low Consignment Rates
In addition to our everyday low rates, coins are only 10% to the Seller, and we are now offering to sell the following for FREE to the Seller:

• Firearms
• Ammo
• Anything selling for over $1000

Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.
