AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
This is a coin-only auction from a single collector and as such, NO SALES TAX will be charged. Please keep these other points in mind as well:
- Cash is required for all purchases in this auction (no checks or plastic).
- No shipping is being offered.
- Buyers will be asked to sign an acknowledgement that their order is complete and correct at pickup at the Auction Barn.
- Any discrepancy between the item and our photos or descriptions must be brought up at the time of pick-up or it will not be considered
- If we list the condition of a coin, that is our opinion and not a guarantee.
Promotion
In addition to our already low rates, we are running a ZERO COMMISSION SPECIAL on knives, bayonets, hatchets, axes and swords consigned before January 1, 2023.
NEW: Our next promotion, beginning on January 1st and running until St. Patrick's Day, is ZERO commission on any beer or alcohol-related items.
SCHEDULING
Preview
Preview is Monday, November 21, 2022, from 10 a.m. until noon. Please know what lots you would like to preview when you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.
Closing Time
The auction begins closing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. The closing time is staggered. The items close one lot at a time.
Closing Rate
Seven lots per minute, which is about 8.5 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Days and Times
The pickup day is Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup scheduling page. Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you have trouble scheduling a pickup time.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again and then come back inside to pick up your coins.
Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10.00 per day until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.

Low Consignment Rates
In addition to our everyday low rates, coins are only 10% to the Seller, and we are now offering to sell the following for FREE to the Seller:
- Firearms
- Ammo
- Anything selling for over $1,000
- Any current and temporary promotions as stated above
Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.
