Dates and Times for Online Auction
Preview: Monday, February 12, 2024, from 10 a.m. until noon.
Closing: Tuesday, February 13, 2024, one item every 8.5 seconds beginning at 7:30 p.m. plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Time: Wednesday, February 14, 2024, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 7140 Old Viking Blvd NW, Nowthen, MN 55303. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by e-mail soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup-scheduling page. If you are unable to pick up during these times, please call us at (763) 421-3044 to make other arrangements.

TROUBLE BIDDING?
If our system is not accepting your bid, it is probably because you won an item once and never paid for it. If that happened, we likely blocked your bidding number. If you would like to bid again, please call us at (763) 421-3044 and we will likely reinstate your bidding privileges one time; however, a fee will be assessed.
REAL ESTATE
Most people save thousands of dollars when they use AAA Auction to get their house ready to sell. We'll sell the useable items for you, donate and recycle what we can, and dispose of the rest. We'll then bring in our real-estate partner from ReMax Results, who will assist you with every detail of selling your home, including providing cleaning and handyman services if necessary and desired.

Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.
Consignments
Our rates are very low, especially if you consign good items. If you don't know what your items are worth, please feel free to call us to discuss that. We also recommend that you review our "What items sell?" page, which lists items that tend to sell well and those that do not.
Look Familiar?
Occasionally you may see a lot that was in a prior auction. When that happens, it is probably because the winning bidder failed to come and pick up the item. It does not mean there is anything wrong with the item.
